Welcome to The Aravalli Tea Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (thearavallitea.com) and your purchase of our products. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• By placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• After placing an order, you’ll receive an order acknowledgment email—this does not constitute acceptance.
• Your order is only accepted once you receive a dispatch confirmation email.  ♥

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are displayed in INR and exclude taxes and shipping, which are added at checkout.
• We use secure payment gateways for credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options.
• If a product is mispriced, we’ll contact you before accepting your order. You can then confirm the corrected price or cancel.

4. Delivery & Risk

• We aim to dispatch orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and courier partner.
• For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility. ♥
• The risk and ownership of products pass to you once the courier delivers.

5. Returns & Refunds

• If items are damaged or incorrect, notify us via support@thearavallitea.com within 3 days of delivery.
• We may offer replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Since tea is perishable, we do not accept returns due to taste variations or freshness.

6. Shelf Life & Storage

• Our teas typically have a shelf life of 12 months. Store in a cool, dry, airtight place, away from moisture, heat, and strong odors.

7. Intellectual Property

• All site content including text, graphics, logos, product images, and trademarks (“IP”) are owned by us or our licensors.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use the IP, except as necessary to buy our products.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

• We strive to provide accurate information but disclaim any warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a specific purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages, even if foreseeable. ♥
• If any jurisdiction disallows such exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Aravalli Tea Company and its affiliates harmless from any damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Service, or violation of others’ rights.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Service at any time, without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms—changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of our Service after updates means you accept the new Terms. ♥

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
